Organ Birthday Celebration

Spaghetti Dinner – Tickets Now on Sale

WPP Fundraiser – SPAGHETTI DINNER in the Social Hall on Friday, March 13, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM.  Cost is $6.00 per person, with a family discount.  Dinner is to benefit the “Preschool Crenco Scholarship Fund.”  Tickets will be sold during Coffee Hour on Sunday, or call the Church Office.

Holy Week and Easter Worship

Our Holy Week focus for 2015 will be a Prayer Vigil.  We will begin 18 hours of continuous prayer in our Sanctuary at midnight on Good Friday, April 3.  After a one-hour service we will work together to have at least 2 people in the Sanctuary lifting our community and global prayer concerns as well as practicing centering prayer for each of…

World Day of Prayer

Sunday Church School Heifer Project

The classes of our Sunday School are donating their coins to purchase animals for families through Heifer International.  They have made their first purchase – a flock of chicks!  Next on their list are rabbits.  If you would like help, please add your coins to the jug in the church.

Food Needs for the Pitman Pantry

The Pitman Food Pantry needs the following items to help their patrons:  Macaroni and cheese, canned fruit, juice, tuna fish, peanut butter, jelly and cans of spaghetti, ravioli and beef stew.   Please pick up one or a few of these items on your next shopping trip to help out our local mission!

Lenten Readings

Lent Is Upon Us!

Youth – 30 Hour Famine Event

Sampa has a group of 5 youth attending this year’s 30 Hour Famine on February 27th-28th.  The verse this year is I Samuel 17:50:  “So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, striking down the Philistine and killing him; there was no sword in David’s hand.”  During the 30 Hour Famine, we will learn about Hunger, raise funds…
