Q:  What is the purpose of the Mission Study?

A:  The Mission Study serves as a blueprint for our course forward and helps to match our needs and goals with the talents and interests of the prospective new pastor. The Mission Study will provide information and guidance to the Pastor Nominating Committee.

Q:  Who should participate?

A: Anyone who cares about the future of our church and is willing to provide their input and ideas.

Q: What will I learn?

A: The survey results and the demographic study will provide a real picture of the community and our strengths and needs.

Q: Do I have to come to all the sessions?

A: No, but we hope you will. IF you cannot attend your session, you are welcome to participate in a session on a different day.

Q: How many sessions are there?

A: There will be six (6) sessions that cover who we are, what is remembered and valued, strengths and needs, inside connections, outside connections,  how do we see our future, and other topics.
