Christian education is an important part of our life together as a community of faith. We believe that being faithful Christians includes striving to learn more about our faith and teaching our children the stories and principles that are fundamental to our beliefs.
On Sunday mornings, we invite the children among us to attend church school classes after the Time with Children. Classes are available for children in preschool through high school.
Nursery care is available for children from birth through age 3 who are not yet potty trained. The church nursery is located in Room 23/24 on the second floor of the education wing.
AGE 3 THROUGH PRE-K
This group meets in Room 15 in the first-floor hallway of the education wing. This class is designed for children who are ready for a church school experience, are able to sit for a short lesson and activity, and are potty trained.
KINDERGARTEN THROUGH GRADE 2
This group meets in Room 28 in the second-floor hallway of the education wing across from the nursery. Lessons for this group include activities, crafts and discussion of Bible passages.
GRADES 3 THROUGH 5

All youth in grades 7-12 are welcome at our youth group. We exist to provide a safe and caring environment for kids to enjoy fellowship and to practice what it means to live as a Christian. We meet Sunday evening from 6-7:30 p.m. We share a meal, review our week, discuss current topics, and make plans for upcoming activities. We also serve to spread our message through service hours and projects. Our Youth Leader is Renee Sheridan.
Highlights for each year include our Youth Retreat in Sea Isle, a Rake-and-Run fundraiser, a Christmas Cookie Exchange, trips to ski and to visit the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, a youth lock-in theme night and a mission trip.
